Message to the members: As a member of STCU since 1979 I have always been impressed with the exemplary service and financial products offered and managed by the dedicated and friendly staff. What most attracts me to serve as a volunteer for STCU, other than the great experiences I have had as a member, are the core values of integrity, people, service, innovation, education and celebration. I will do my best as a volunteer to uphold these critical, cultural values and support the vision of STCU "To be the most loved and valued financial relationship on earth!"

Resume: Cathy received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in history and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Gonzaga University. She is currently the CEO of a local non-profit social services agency, YFA Connections. She has served on the Boards of: Eastern Washington University Mental Health Advisory Board; Inland Empire Educational Consortium; and the Chemical Dependency Advisory Board to the Washington State Secretary of Health and is the Secretary/Treasurer for the Lewis and Clark Instrumental Music Parent’s Association.
