As a member of a not-for-profit financial cooperative with more than $1 billion in assets, you should know who's running the place. This page can help.
Let's start with Tom Johnson, our president and chief executive officer. He's been a board member of STCU since 1994 and a vice president since 2006, helping guide us through two recessions, a couple of market booms, and phenomenal growth in STCU assets, personnel, and financial understanding. Tom is a proven leader with a passion for credit unions.
Tom and the STCU management team answer to our elected Board of Directors. These directors represent you and other members by setting policy and strategic direction for the credit union.
Each February you're asked to vote for board members in an online election. In addition, you elect volunteers to serve on the Supervisory Committee, which oversees the financial practices and reporting to member.
You've chosen a great group of volunteer leaders. Click on any name on the right to learn more about the leaders of STCU.
For many members, the "people in charge" at STCU are the hundreds of employees who help you at our branch locations, on the telephone, or on LiveChat. Thanks for being a part of the credit union difference!
