STCU Rates

The rates, fees, and charges shown are effective Monday, February 6, 2012. Rates for the Personal Unsecured Loan and Personal Secured Loan include a .50% discount for automatic payment from an active STCU share or share draft account.

The ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE (APR) for Variable Rate Advances on the Personal Line of Credit is based on the Prime Rate published in the Wall Street Journal on the last day of the previous month (Index), plus the Percentage Factor Above Index rounded up to the nearest quarter percent (.25%). For variable Rate advances and existing balances, the APR will be adjusted on the first day of each month to reflect any change in the Index. Any increase or decrease in the APR may result in an increase or decrease in the number of payments necessary to pay off the advance. An increase in the APR may increase the payment amount. In no event will the APR be less than 7% or exceed the maximum amount allowed by the laws of the State of Washington, which is currently 18%.

An Annual Fee of $75.00 will be charged on the Personal Line of Credit once a year on March 1. STCU agrees to refund $50.00 of the annual fee, if the payment is made automatically from an active STCU share or share draft account.
